Health is all which matters, Age is just a Number!

We all are always worried about our age and try to hide from everyone as if it would make us older. What is the thing that is counting our age? It is time, clock and Calendar. Lets forget about the ticking clock then what is making us older?

Its our own actions. Actions which affects our health and which make us ageing. We can off course slow down our ageing and which will make us to look much younger than others in similar Age group. Its the biological age which is governed by our lifestyle like if someone has sedentary lifestyle then his rate would be 3 times than sporty lifestyle.

A 50 years old man can look like 35 year old only and a 25 year old boy can look like 45. Its all about our own actions for which we get our biological age as reactions.
